Forms and Fees

Here you will find all of the forms that you need in order to join the club, the ACU or enter a race. Plus details of the entry fees to ride with us. You DO NOT need to be a member of the club any more to ride with us, there is simply a slightly higher cost. The membership fee registers you for the club championships. Any non members riding will not be included in championship results.

You have to have either a full ACU Licence to ride with us, or you can get a day licence on the day which covers you for that meeting.

Club membership £20 per family.

To get your ACU licence step by step guide:

1. If you are an existing ACU licence holder you should have been sent a renewal form for your licence. If not you can download one by clicking here
2. Download a 2010 NSMXC membership form download one by clicking here
3. Complete the membership form
4. Complete a cheque for the club membership (prices are on the form) made payable to NSMXC
5. If you are a new member a copy of your birth certificate should also be included
6. Completed a self addressed stamped envelope
7. Complete the ACU licence application form
8. If you have filled in the credit/debit card payment section of the ACU form no further payment is needed, if you are sending a cheque complete a cheque for the ACU and put it with your ACU form.
9. Put the NSMXC membership form, cheque for NSMXC, birth certificate copy (if applicable), self addressed envelope, ACU application form and payment for ACU (if applicable) into an envelope.

What happens next?
Once the club receives your envelope they will check that it contains all the required info.
The club section of the ACU form will then be completed by the club and stamped and all forms received sent weekly to the ACU.
You will then get a membership pack back from NSMXC in the self addressed envelope that you sent and a licence pack back from the ACU.
You MUST have gone through all of this in enough time to have received your licence back from the ACU before the first meeting you wish to ride in; otherwise you will have to pay an ACU day licence fee.
The ACU are fairly prompt these days with processing licences but the sooner you get it done the sooner you will get your licence back.
