NSMXC 2011

As a result of poor event attendances in 2010 NSMXC made a loss from the clubs ongoing funds. In order to avoid losing further money, the clubs Chairman and President have accepted a suggestion from the committee that the club does not operate a club championship in 2011.

This is also down to a need for a larger committee of people required to help run the club generally and to run events on the day, which at this time we do not have. Therefore, the 2011 racing calendar will not be operating.

We are open to suggestions for events to promote in 2011, should anyone have a plan to put forward to us, we are also always open to new fresh ideas or offers of help from new people keen to get involved.

We apologise if this decision has caused anyone any inconvenience but feel that whilst people's finances are generally strained and there are too many clubs competing for the attention of so few riders it would be irresponsible of us to risk the clubs finances and savings further.

The club will be honouring the achievements of the 2010 championship riders and awards are shortly going to be issued to those people that completed all required rounds. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in presenting these. Those people that have applied for 2011 club membership will be refunded.
